EBS-50 Start Up Upload Content –A maximum of 10 A4 HTML pages, 40 products with images & files and 3 flash banners.
The above start up pages will be complimentary uploaded by our support team. Additional pages/products/banners will be charged accordingly. (Note: Please contact us for further quote) Merchants may add in unlimited pages, products or items by using online Content Management Systems without any charges. Merchants are required to provide Search N Easy all files and contents in electronic format at one time. Website content uploading will be completed within 14 working days. Content Given -Merchants are required to provide and arrange all files and contents in the particular folder according to the web menu or product in details. e.g. “About Us” folder – Name folder as “About Us” - Consists of “Final Words file” & “photo in GIF or JPG format” in the “About Us” folder. e.g. “Product” folder – Name the specific folder as “Product Category” – Consists of “Product title, Description, Photo, Attachment, Price” in the individual “Product Category” folder. Copy writing or copy editing are not included in the service fee. We presume that Merchants will provide all relevant copies in its final, edited content. Copywriting of web page content in languages other than English are available at additional charges (Note: Please contact us for further quote) Content Format - Based on the raw copy provided to Search N Easy in Microsoft Word format, Search N Easy can develop a copy for textual web page content such as Web Menu, Products and other web page content. (Note: Please contact us for further quote) Media Format – Search N Easy accepts information (wording and content) provided by Merchants in Microsoft Word or text - JPG, GIF; Flash format: SWF; Video format: MPG, WMA Attachment for product or download can be in any format such as PDF format, JPG, GIF, SWF file. The final file copy provided to us in electronic format can be uploaded to the website as brochures or attachments for product’s specification or downloadable files. File conversion service fee - Based on raw final copy and high resolution photos provided to us in electronic format, we can lay out web brochures in A4 format. (Note: Please contact us for further quote) Photo Scanning and Content Typing Servicefee (Note: Please contact us for further quote) Images - Merchants are required to provide all images in electronic format. Search N Easy will not carry out any touch up work to improve the quality of the image files provided. Any additional photos that need to be purchased from a Third Party will be charged at cost from the image bank owner. Full payment in advance is required for Third Party images upon confirmation. Additional charges will be incurred if photography services are requested by the Merchants. Logo - Development of a logo for Merchants is not included in the fee. However, we would be happy to offer this service (along with other corporate identity work such as letterheads, business cards and envelope design) at an additional charge. Flash - Where a flash animation is applicable it will only be used for generic page headers such as the top banner and it will not be developed for each web page individually. Static images will be used if required for this purpose. Map - In order for Search N Easy to design Merchants’ Company Location Map or using Google Maps, Merchants are required to provide the layout of the map in detail (with or without landmarks), and our support team will design accordingly. |

The website will be developed with Search Engine Optimisation.This may not guarantee top placement in search engine results. However, it will result in the highest possible placement in search engines.
Once Merchants have edited or entered new keywords and/or description(s) in the Content Management System, merchants are required to email us at customercare@searchneasy.com with subject “Submit Search Engine” |

Newsletter, Subscribe and Tell a friend function are basic functions as all recipients will receive the same email messages. .
“Contact Us”- feature will work whereby a text email is sent via a web form to Merchants for enquiry. This email will be tagged with the Subject that is being queried as on the website form. These emails are not stored in a database for subsequent retrieval through the back-end administrative system. The emails are simply sent to a pre-designated email address (Content Management System control Panel – Account Info page –“Admin Email Address”). | Third Party Service | |
|
Project fees do not include Third Party service or software fees such as Currency Converter Online, Currency Exchange, Live Chat Module, Forum, SSL security, Blog & etc. We will provide freeware solution(s) from a Third Party website if available. Website integration advice for Third Party software will be given free of charge.
If Merchants need a currency convertor service, Merchants need to subscribe to a currency convertor service from a Third Party company. However, at most times we recommend using a payment gateway like PayPal. PayPal will provide the conversion rate on the check out page to the local currency. PayPal and Google Analytics user guides are available at no charge from the PayPal and Google websites. However, we will be happy to guide Merchants in the use of these Third Party services via our email support. Merchants may directly contact any Third Party service(s) and may therefore directly pay for the service(s). However, we will provide assistance to Merchants in the application process to ensure all goes smoothly. Google Analytics website visitor statistics - This will report statistics such as number of site visitors, number of page views (commonly known as “hits”), website traffic by country, etc. These statistics are available online 24 hours for review by Merchants. This service is highly recommended and is free of charge. |

CMS are available online for merchant to make changes. We provide 6 A4 html page web editing for EBS, we will be happy to provide Merchants for optional web editing service via our email support. All changes and editing requirement will provided by merchant in specific details by email to support. No verbal request shall be entertained.

User Manual –EBS packages do not include user manual. Whereas the online help manual shall be provided for E-shop packages.
Project source code will be provided at an additional source code development fee. The above terms and conditions are subject to change upon changes in accordance with the country and territory regulation(s) and on-going technological upgrades. All our proposal/quotation is valid up to 30 days from the dated stated in the proposal/ quotation. Acceptance after the 30days period will necessitate reconfirmation or revision of the quotation. The fees and lead times in our proposal are valid with the following assumptions: Any additional services, change of project scope or change of requirement requested by the Merchants (which are not listed above) will be charged accordingly. All payments made are not refundable. |
